Helping University of Illinois Students And Staff Find The Perfect Place To Live
Bankier Apartments, founded in 1962 by Leon Bankier, is a privately-owned company that specializes in developing and maintaining both residential and commercial properties. Bankier provides convenient living, shopping and dining choices for University of Illinois students and staff, as well as thousands of visitors annually. When online assets were reviewed, AdEasel was brought into the mix to redesign & develop new web, marketing, and managerial materials that Bankier Apartments could utilize for a better online presence.
Web & Mobile
The Avenues to Independence website and mobile redesign included important changes to make the website easier to navigate for users (especially on the go) and for the Avenues staff to manage, as well as simplifying the donation process.
Easy-to-access Property Listings
Designed with both new & existing customers in mind, AdEasel worked closely with Bankier Apartments to develop a custom user experience complete with responsive web design, custom apartment searching options, interactive tenant handbook, online leasing applications, roommate matching & subleasing tools, maintenance request submission and management tools.
Identity and Branding
After years and years of company logo files sitting in the metaphoric “dust,” it’s not uncommon when those files end up lost. For the Bankier project, AdEasel was asked to redesign the company logo in order to better fit in with the other new marketing materials, as well as secure proper vector files for the brand logo for years to come.
Maintenance Requests
Keeping the community up to date.
24/7 access has become more or less the standard for the internet users of today. For customers, AdEasel’s custom maintenance requests make it much easier for tenants to file requests. And for Bankier employees, our custom maintenance application makes maintenance request management & implementation a breeze.
Roommate Matching
Whether you’re new to town or just looking for something different, finding a roommate can be more trouble than it should be. New with the launch of BankierApartments.com, finding a roommate has never been easier. Current tenants are able to post available rooms that can be easily searched & sorted by prospective Bankier customers.
