It may be one of the coolest concepts ever attempted for an annual report and it succeeds not only in providing the basic data about the company (any report could do that) but communicates the company's mission perfectly.  Of course it's designed rather beautifully too which guards it from being written off as a gimmick.  Truly an inspirational print piece.
