It started with Teamsters Local 743 in Chicago. They needed an online solution that could help them streamline common processes and publish vital information.
Market Situation:
Adaptive Easel worked closely with the President of Local 743, and the office managers for the union, to design a website that would leverage content from both local and international issues and campaigns. We created online forms for common inquiries such as Change of Address forms or Change of Beneficiary forms, and presented contact information of all local agents to faciliate more efficient communication. We also published meeting dates, current news and events, and PDF versions of the Teamsters Local 743 newsletter, The Voice.
Dynamic Solutions:
We successfully implemented these online applications in a matter of weeks, and added Spanish versions of online forms to provide added service to the diverse members of Local 743. Representatives of Teamsters International has provided their endorsement of the website, and have suggested that we offer our program to other Teamsters unions. We also helped this local Teamsters organization benefit from the web & marketing resources provided by its national network by integrating features and applications that pulled content from various sources to keep the local Teamsters inline with its national organization.
